Tender description

This public procurement competition relates to the supply of up to a maximum of 35 000 stopped animal body restraints, and (b) up to maximum of 12 000 each of 600 mm and 450 mm grounding bars. At a minimum the stopped body restraints must be constructed in accordance with the specification as described in Regulation 3 (d) of the Wildlife Act 1976 (Approved Traps, Snares, and Nets) Regulations 2003 and SI No. 620 of 2003. The successful tenderer will be responsible for all transportation, delivery and other costs.
