Accelerate Project Evalaution

Coventry & Warwickshire Co-operative Development Agency (CWCDA) invites tenders for the evaluation of the Accelerate project. The maximum contract value for this contract is £30,000 inclusive of VAT. It is anticipated that the contract will run from 28th September 2018 to 14th December 2018. The Accelerate project delivers intensive holistic employment support for people who are unemployed or economically inactive to gain or move towards employment and or education. www.accelerate.org.uk The successful bidder will carry out an independent evaluation of the project to enable CWCDA and partners to understand if, how and why the project has been successful. They will have the responsibility to oversee the effectiveness of agreed elements of project delivery and to carry out an assessment of the projects impact. The evaluator will work alongside CWCDA staff and partners and will focus on the social impact measurement of the project and the quality and effectiveness of activity with the participants. The evaluation will include the analysis of outputs and results and also the soft outcomes of the project. This contract is jointly funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund."
