Why the Work is Being Done Mersey Care have recently procured a telephony system and requires an experienced team to assist with the implementation of a DECT system throughout multiple sites across the Merseyside area. Devices to be deployed to c1600 users. Problem to Be Solved Deployment of mobile devices to multiple users throughout the Trust followed by retrieval and storage of redundant hardware. Who Are the Users Multi disciplinary clinical and non-clinical staff based around the Merseyside area who are often not familiar with technology being provided and will require support and guidance when issued.
