The costs over the five year agreement are fixed as follows: Year 1 £104 968 Year 2 £98 381 Year 3 £91 793 Year 4 £85 205 Year 5 £78 617 Total £458 964 It should be noted that the current cost per annum to 30th September 2018 is £111 557 and therefore the Constabulary will realise the following savings over the new agreement period. Year 1 £6589 Year 2 £13 176 Year 3 £19 764 Year 4 £26 352 Year 5 £32 940 Total £98 821 In addition if all forces commit to the 5 year agreement , West Yorkshire have agreed to a distribution from reserves which would be £53 192 for Lancashire in year 1 – this would be an additional saving to those detailed above.
