Blackpool Council is interested in holding dialogue in relation to Blackpool Airport Enterprise Zone [www.blackpoolez.com] with developers, investors, design and build contractors and development managers who may be interested in joining the exciting Blackpool Airport EZ project. If this opportunity is of interest full details are available on the Councils e-tendering portal “The Chest’ ref DN369404 https://www.thechest.nwce.gov.uk Your expression of interest together with details of your experience (please see the Chest for full requirements), must be submitted via the Chest. The Chest also has copies of the latest master plan, phasing/zones plan. These documents will provide a more comprehensive background on the Enterprise Zone. Completed expression of interest and details of services must be returned via the Chest no later than 12:00 on 30.11.2018 and it is the Council’s intention to progress informal dialogue with appropriate parties during December and January. Please note that this is a market sounding exercise.
