Tender description
The SCTS has entered into contract with NorthgateArinso UK Ltd for the additional development and amendment work to the existing “Optimum” human resource softwares system for a period of 2 (two) years until 24.1.2020. Additional software development of the Contracting Authority's customised “Optimum” time accounting and human resources software service where competition is absent for technical reasons, and where a change of supplier would result in technical incompatibility and interoperability with the current software system.
