Tender description

White Hill Schools Trust is seeking to combine the provision of IT Services to maintain and manage their infrastructure and applications to all 3 member schools into a single contract. The proposal is that the contract run for an initial 3 year period with a provision for 2 further year’s extension with yearly break clauses. The Trust is looking for excellent focus on customer service combined with a cost effective delivery of service. The procurement is to be Restricted and the timescales are such that it will be run using the contracted Urgent reduced timings. This notice starts the process. There will be a PQQ to enable suppliers to respond and those responses will be assessed by the Authority and a minimum of 5 candidates selected. Those candidates will be issued the ITT and responses will again be assessed by the Authority to select the winner.
