Tender description

The Microbiology Laboratory use antibiotic discs, antibiotic strips and identification reagents to provide information to Users about what antibiotics can be used to treat patients. These commercially available products are used in high numbers on a 24/7 basis and must meet required standards of production Quality Assurance to ensure consistent Laboratory resulting. Furthermore they must convenient, in constant supply and be able to change with regulatory standards. Producing a tender and award is particularly important at this time as the Laboratory is moving to a new standard of testing (EUCAST) and will allow specification of new items and product lines needed for this change.
