Tender description

The Council is seeking an innovative provider to deliver accommodation and care in a supportive home for up to 12 service users aged over 18, with a primary mental health diagnosis. The primary aim of the service is to support service users in attaining independence – supporting them for a period of up to 2 years, until they have developed the capability of living independently within the community, possibly with a step down to supported living ahead of full independent living. The Council is procuring this service on behalf of three commissioning organisations which are: — Bedford Borough Council, — Central Bedfordshire Council, — Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group.
