Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council intends to re-commission and procure a community based service that supports people with dementia, their families and carers which will help promote resilience, healthy lifestyles and a physical and mental wellbeing. This PIN initiates a process of pre-tender market engagement. Initially engagement will be conducted utilising a questionnaire seeking the views of the market on a key factors associated with the service. This is intended to support the Council in reviewing and developing an appropriate service specification. It will also help to inform decisions around the procurement process and the structure of the resulting contract(s). The questionnaire can be downloaded from the Portal Advert section in Pro Contract which is where you can officially express an interest (www.procontract.due-north.com). Please note, we would request that completed questionnaires are returned no later than 12:00 noon on the 26.10.2018. The Council is exploring the best way in which to procure the services and this will be informed by the interest generated by this PIN and analysis of the information shared through the market engagement process.
