Tender description

This is not a call for competition: The market engagement information pack and has been issued by Coventry City Council to inform any future commissioning and competitive procurement process that may be undertaken in relation to housing with care provision, commonly known as extra care housing, within Coventry. The Council is undertaking a review of housing with Care to understand how current service provision supply, configuration and contract arrangements are enabling the Council to meet demand for social care within the community, including for people with higher-level care needs, as an alternative to long-term home support services or residential care. The review will inform and shape the Council’s future strategy and activity for commissioning and providing Housing with Care services. This is a market engagement exercise to inform the future procurement in relation to housing with care.
