Tender description

This notice will initiate a competition to re-open an already established open select list of approved providers to supply community supported living services to Lincolnshire County Council. The open select list was first established in June 2015. The purpose of the service is to enable vulnerable adults to develop existing skills or acquire new skills to increase their independence in daily living through appropriate risk taking, their opportunities for education and employment, and ultimately meet their desired outcomes as detailed within their personal plan. In addition services need to be focused on keeping individuals healthy and safe. Please refer to the tender documentation which sets out the detailed requirements of the service, the process by which interested providers may gain a place on the open select list, and the way in which approved providers to the open select list will have an opportunity to be awarded services.
