Framework for the Provision of Service & Maintenance of Commercial Catering Equipment. The Framework is for both the Planned Preventative Maintenance and the Responsive Maintenance of gas and electric Commercial Catering Equipment including Water Boilers to keep the equipment in a safe and effective functional condition. The Planned Preventative Maintenance essentially provides a Comprehensive Overhaul and Searching Examination of the Commercial Catering Equipment with testing of Electrical Services and Gas Installations including the suitability and efficacy of the Ventilation System and gas interlocks. Approximately 70 properties are intended to be included in this Framework across a range of local authority properties. These currently include schools, residential homes, civic buildings, offices, fire stations, enterprise Centre's and small industrial units. Current Properties include: Staffordshire County Council Corporate Properties Staffordshire County Council Schools Residential Care Homes, Fire and Rescue Properties Academies within Staffordshire Academies from Neighbouring Counties Potential Properties in the future could include: Police Authority Properties Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation trust (previously SSOTP) Properties Local Authority Properties within the following Counties: Derbyshire, Cheshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Birmingham and West Midlands
