2 year DV complete care (fully comprehensive) maintenance contract includes 24/7/365 telephone support and on-site service during standard 9 – 5 business hours for both the Da Vinci Robot and Console for period 30.3.2019 to 29.3.2021. Intuitive Surgical Sarl is the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) of the Da Vinci robotic system designed for minimal invasive surgery for faster patient recovery compared to traditional procedures. Intuitive Surgical has the only team of fully trained engineers capable of providing fast specialised diagnostics, servicing and repairs to these highly precise and complex systems. They will also provide software upgrade and software change as required to enable the system to be maintained for maximal uptime according to OEM specifications. Training is not offered to any third party engineers and thus Intuitive Surgical is the sole and exclusive provider of service for this equipment.
