The Harris Federation requires the services of a leading job advertiser to promote our employment opportunities, both digitally and in print publication, to a national and international applicant audience. We seek a job promoter who can provide high quality, targeted promotional campaigns through a web based jobs platform, targeted direct and e-mail marketing, and the full use of mobile optimised technologies to ensure a best in class application experience. The successful provider must offer cost effective pricing in the form of “unlimited” advertising, and ensure consistent and relevant website traffic for our job postings through market leading impressions, CTR (Click Through Rate) and conversion figures. The Harris Federation would expect full account management services with dedicated manager, administrative support and online booking/management tool with reporting capability.
