Tender description

The FCA wants to ensure that individuals appointed to executive positions (Head of Department, and Director and Senior Advisor level) possess the right combination of experience, leadership and technical skills to perform these roles. In order to meet these objectives, the FCA need to work with Executive Search Firms who are able to provide candidates of the highest calibre, provide a first-rate client and candidate experience and deliver value for money for the FCA. The FCA want to set-up a Framework of Executive Search Firms who can demonstrate extensive experience of executive placements in large, top tier and high performing organisations at Head of Department and Director level and above. The Framework will also be used to appoint Non-Executive Directors and Panel Members. Lot 1 — General executive roles. This includes Head of Department and Director level roles in all functions of the FCA with the exception of the functions specified in other lots. Lot 2 — Communications. This covers executive roles with a specialism in communications. Lot 3 — Non-executive directors and panel members. This covers all non-executive director roles and also members of panels that are established from time to time. Lot 4 — Payment. This payments covers executive roles in the sector. Lot 5 — Data and Regulatory Technology Roles. This covers executive roles in the emerging data and regulatory technology field.
