Our vision is for all young people across the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) to grow up with access to the best opportunities for their futures, to be empowered and supported to develop to their full potential and have the life skills and opportunities to play a full and active part in society. Surveys and tracking services are required to support the delivery of Local Authorities Statutory Responsibilities with respect to Young People’s Participation in Education, Employment or Training. This service is required to deliver the tracking, monitoring and reporting of 16 – 17 year olds, academic years 11 through to 13, as well as targeted tracking of 18 year olds, academic year 14. The service provider will achieve this by undertaking the annual intended destinations and activity surveys, conducting and reporting to the Authority on the September Guarantee, maintaining and delivering the initial engagement and signposting of young people identified as being an early leaver, and referring young people to the borough’s NEET panel and support services as appropriate.
