The Precision Medicine Centre of Excellence (PMC) at Queen’s University Belfast (Queen’s) is a new clinical laboratory bringing together high-throughput genomics, digital pathology and big data analytics in a fully integrated fashion. The PMC is looking to purchase 2 genomic instruments, these being: — Lot 1: High throughput next-generation sequencing instrument that delivers large scale sequencing data, — Lot 2: Automated Liquid Handler capable of high-quality, robust and reproducible walk-away library preparation for NGS, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) set up, bead-based purification/size selection and other applications. Queen's will be availing of the PIN 2018/S 039-084611 option of reducing time limits for receipt of tenders.
