Tender description
Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the following environmental works: The creation of new refuse and recycling areas to the front of the blocks along with new treatment options for the existing sloped areas. The creation of new useable garden spaces to the rear of the properties is proposed to include new boundary and gate treatments, improved drying areas and renewal of existing boundaries. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works. The works will be undertaken using an NEC Term Service Contract A
