Longrock Coastal Protection Cornish Rock Armour Stone Supply

CORSERV Ltd on behalf of CORMAC Solutions Ltd would like to invite you to submit your most competitive tender for: The supply and delivery of 14,100 tonnes of Cornish Rock Armour Stone to Longrock, Penzance. The Rock Armour Stone consists of 60 – 300kg Rock Armour (3,500 tonnes) and 1 – 3T Rock Armour (10,600 tonnes). All Rock Armour Stone shall comply with BS EN13383, the requirements of the attached specification and specified material tests – (items in pink are essential and items in blue are optional). The Rock Armour works are programmed to commence 18/03/19 and complete 10/05/19. The intention is to award this contract to the most economically advantageous tender. The evaluation criteria is 70% price and 30% quality. NOTE: ‘This project has been part-financed by grant funding from the European Regional Development Fund and will be subject to conditions imposed by the funding bodies.
