This tender sets out the 'Contracting Authorities' requirements in respect of Printing Supplies for the Borough of Kirklees voting area, as administered by Electoral Services. It details the standards and outputs which the Supplier is required to achieve and how these will be measured. The contract is for the production of documents required for all types of elections and referendums and electoral registration administered by Electoral Services. On behalf of the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO)/Returning Officer (RO), Electoral Services is responsible for ensuring that: o Every eligible person is registered to vote in the Kirklees area, the annual publication of the electoral register and on-going maintenance; o All electoral events are run in a free and fair way as well as conducting all administrative processes in relation to those events.
