Kirklees : Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery Provider Engagement Event

NHS Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS North Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Group and Kirklees Council (the Commissioners) are seeking to commission an integrated service model for the delivery of mental health rehabilitation and recovery services in Kirklees for people who have a primary diagnosis of psychosis. The scope of the project includes the following elements: • The re-provision of inpatient rehabilitation and recovery services • The development of a community led model of care The Provider Engagement event is being held to allow providers to input into the design and development of integrated rehabilitation and recovery services in Kirklees in line with best practice guidelines and local requirements. This event also provides an opportunity to network with other providers and organisations.
