Tender for the supply of Employability pipeline services. Dundee City Council’s European Social Funds Employability Pipeline Programme (“Pipeline”) is a multi-partnership approach to delivering a range of services that support eligible citizens (“clients”) in Dundee to progress towards, secure and sustain suitable work and/or assist those who are experiencing precarious employment (i.e. underemployment / low income employment) to improve their labour market situation. The Supplier will deliver the Employability Pipeline Services contract as a Delivery Partner within the Pipeline and contribute to the achievement of the associated outputs and results agreed with Scottish Government. This is the overall nature of the contract.
