Leicester City Council is seeking to establish a new Confession contract for Enforcement Services using a common specification to cover the following categories: - Council Tax and Business Rates (including Business Improvement District levy) Parking Services to include Parking Penalty Charge Notices and Camera Device Enforcement Sundry Debts (these are all other debts not described above; e.g. commercial rent arrears, care costs, housing benefit overpayments, former tenant rent arrears and maintenance & repair costs).
