Intranet Solution

Tender description

The WMCA currently has an intranet system which is difficult for us to use, outdated and inefficient. An internal communications and employee engagement review was conducted and by far the biggest blocker for internal communications and engagement is not having a central key communications tool. Suppliers are invited to tender for the provision of a new Intranet Solution. The agreement will be a contract with a single supplier expected to last for a maximum of 8 years on a 6+1+1 basis. WMCA reserves the right to review the contract at the end of year 6. The contract start and end dates are indicative only and will be confirmed upon award. The contract value is for tendering purposes and the WMCA cannot guarantee that this level of spend will be incurred.
