The IOW Council is currently undertaking commissioning work around Information advice and guidance (IAG) services to the public; prior to commencing procurement for island-wide delivery of IAG from a 'one-stop' hub based on the ground floor of County Hall, alongside digital delivery and a range of IAG access points in accessible locations around the island.his workshop is an opportunity for potential providers of these services to learn more about our ideas around the delivery of IAG and to help inform the draft contract specification for this service; as well as giving commissioners the opportunity to test out our ideas around activity and outcomes and to talk through various practical and developmental aspects of delivery within an informal and collaborative session, prior to commencing procurement. If you would like to attend this event, interested providers will need to use the messaging facility on the ProContract e-tendering portal to notify the council of your organisations intention to attend along with attendee names. Participation in this exercise will neither benefit or disadvantage any participant in any future related procurement process or similar opportunity. The council reserves the right to alter its plans, including postponing or cancelling the proposed project, following this exercise or at any other time.
