Tender description
A supplier to supply and install fully functioning mission bridge and engine room simulation suites. The procurement was originally undertaken by the Prime Contractor for the building works, but due to problems resolving contractual conflicts with JCT Design and build and the suppliers terms and conditions of supply for Software licences we had to seek a direct award with the most economically advantageous supplier, following the tender process undertaken by the Prime Contractor, based on our specification.
