Tender description
Hull City Council procured a service that is independent of the Council to carry out a summative assessment as required by Ministry for Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), combined with a broader evaluation of Hull’s Community Led Local Development (CLLD) Project both as it progresses and at its conclusion. The service provider is also required to design a detailed methodology which includes a comparable assessment of the ESF element of the project and justifies how their approach will report, measure and capture the required impacts and outputs.
