HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT SERVICES: The objective of this Tender is to award a single source (or dual source) agreement to enable Southern Water to implement a High Court Enforcement Service which will assist with the collection of existing debt from our customers. This Tender is currently in the very early stages and expressions of interest are not being sought at this time. Further information will be published in conjunction with the OJEU Notice.
