Arden and GEM CSU, acting on behalf of the NHS England (health and justice, North Midlands), invites suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers including third sector organisations, social enterprise and other providers to provide liaison and diversion services for Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin areas. This procurement exercise is split into 2 lots. This procurement is being carried out in accordance with the light touch regime. Site visits are available for all potential bidders on the 19.10.2018 for Hereford Custody Suite and on the 22.10.2018 for the Telford and Shrewsbury Custody Suites. Bidders must send a message via the Bravo system by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 17.10.2018 to register. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England (health and justice, North Midlands) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver liaison and diversion services in the Herefordshire area to include: — an exemplary and comprehensive screening and multi-disciplinary assessment service for all eligible identified individuals within the Herefordshire, region, — to operate within a robust clinical operating framework, — to provide high quality information to key decision makers in youth and criminal justice agencies, including the police, courts, Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), probation and Youth Offending Teams (YOTs) and youth offending services, — to secure referrals into mainstream health and social care services, voluntary sector organisations and other relevant interventions and support services, — to support individuals to engage with treatment or support services. The annual contract value is approximately 209 336 GBP per annum. The contract duration will be from 3.6.2019 to 31.3.2021 with the commissioner having the option to extend the contract for a further 12 months. please note a site visit to the Hereford custody suite on 19.10.2018 at 11:30 am. interested bidders must message via bravo by 12:00 noon on Monday 17.10.2018 to register to attend.
