Tender description

The service will provide housing related support to enable people to live with dignity and respect in their own homes and communities including those residing in Extra Care schemes and older person sheltered housing projects. The focus of any housing related interventions must be to develop or sustain an individual’s capacity to live in their own accommodation and achieve increasing levels of independence, participation, choice and control, where it is safe and viable for them to do so. There are 3 lots to cover the area of Rhondda Cynon Taf. Each area will provide a multiple need service allowing for a wide range of housing related support issues to be met across all client groups. This project is Welsh Government grant funded, the first years budget is set at 1 700 000 GBP. Each year this service will be reviewed based on the grant funding received.
