Norfolk County Council is currently consulting on an early childhood and family service, which would work with families who have children aged 0-5 years and who need extra help to cope with the demands of family life: — supporting them to help their children achieve their developmental milestones, — preventing more children from experiencing neglect or emotional harm, — increasing their social mobility.
