Tender description

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS foundation trust's commercial procurement service has introduced a new commercial Framework Agreement which will allow UK public sector bodies to procure financial services. This procurement exercise led to a multi supplier Framework Agreement. The framework is for the provision of financial services. The framework is awarded as a single lot, with bidders being required to meet all aspects of this technical specification. Client trusts will seek providers of financial services to include: A. Transactional services: — accounts payable, — accounts receivable. B. Core services: — fixed and capital assets accounting and reporting, — balance sheet, — cash allocation and bank Recs, — treasury and cash management, — funds held on trust. Not all clients may require the full extent of these services; however potential providers must be able to offer all of these services.
