Energy Performance Certificate Surveys - Commercial Properties

Tender description

We are looking for a contractor to support the group in meeting the new regulations. Thirteen Housing Group Limited have 180 commercial units with the majority of our stock situated within the North East of England and of that, there are 121 units that do not have a current EPC or have an EPC with a rating of E-G. THG have made the decision to bring all premises up to a minimum standard of a category D rating. We would expect the 121 units to be passed over to the successful company over a 6-month period, This would be approx. 20 units per month and then the revisiting and any others to be passed over on an as and when required basis. We would require all surveys to have recommendations made where required to bring the property up to a "D" category.
