Tender description

This contract is for the production of documents required for the administration of all national and local electoral events (scheduled elections, by-elections, referendums and any unscheduled elections etc.) within the Kirklees voting area and individual electoral registration (IER) as administered by Kirklees Electoral Services on behalf of the ERO. This contract is for the production of documents required for the administration of all national and local electoral events (scheduled elections, by-elections, referendums etc.) within the Kirklees voting area and Individual Electoral Registration (IER) as administered by Kirklees Electoral Services on behalf of the ERO. In summary the requirements include: 1) Poll cards/poll card letters - printing of poll cards/letters, proxy poll cards/letters and postal poll cards/letters; 2) Ballot papers – printing of ballot papers; 3) Postal vote stationery – printing of postal vote statement and instructions for postal voters, including outer envelope, return envelope, ballot paper envelope for postal ballot papers and associated leaflets as required; 4) HEF Canvass Forms – printing of initial, reminder and doorstep final reminder forms, to also include outer envelope, return envelope and leaflet; 5) ITR Canvass Forms - printing of initial, reminder and doorstep final reminder forms; 6) Household Notification Letters (HNLs) – printing of HNLs, to include outer envelope (when appropriate); 7) Personal Identifier Refresh (PI) – printing of initial reminder and cancellation letters and postal vote application forms to include outer and return envelopes; 8) IER Correspondence – printing of all letters and application forms (if applicable) to include outer envelope and return envelope.
