NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of NHS Leadership Academy (the commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of a faculty framework. The key aim of this tender process is to put in place a faculty framework of highly expert practitioners, attuned to the needs of leaders in the health and public sector, embracing the best of what we know about effective leadership and leadership development, who have values congruent with the NHS constitution. The faculty should be representative of the participants we work with and the communities we serve, reflecting the importance we place on inclusive leadership. Initial contracts will be for 2 years with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the commissioner. All contracts issued to providers to become members of this framework will be zero value guaranteed.
