Tender description
The Authority is seeking tender submissions for provision of early help and support service for vulnerable women. The aims of the service are to: • Provide early help response to improve emotional and mental health. • Build emotional resilience and positive mental health through the provision of a range of targeted initiatives that are in development to support asylum seekers and communities which include support for; move on advice, employment, family learning, housing options, education, wellbeing courses, family link, and ESOL language with crèche facilities and community development.
