Tender description
The Authority is seeking tender(s) from digital advertising companies to enter into service concession contract in connection with the design, supply, installation, maintenance and removal at the end of contract period of digital outdoor advertising billboard on highways in the borough. The Authority propose to grant the licence to a successful Tenderers to design, supply, install, inspect and maintain and reinstate (at the end of the contract period) the digital outdoor advertising billboard(s) on highways. This is a unique opportunity to engage with a massive audience through an innovative digital outdoor advertising display.
