Housing & Care 21 are potentially looking for a supplier to provide the following services to their business for New Build Developments: 1. Production of digital assets (high res CGI's) to enable development of 3-d animations for film footage (see below), use on social media, website and printed collateral. Four external elevations of the development apartment block, one aerial/drone, one garden and three of the main communal areas (front door into foyer, main resident's lounge/café bistro onto patio/rear garden. Cost required per CGI 2. Production of promotional animations for use in interactive tour (see on), website and social media and presentations at events. Breakdown cost for each item 1. Short "coming soon" film - approx. 15 -20 seconds. Using CGI's as above and key messagae 2. Short film clips 5-20 seconds, edited from above and major film (see on) to include within digital advertising and social media and customer testimonials on various aspects of the lifestyle (care and support, properties/homes, communal facilities, social aspects) 3. Scheme promotional film - 4 minutes long, to include over view of build/gardens/main communal areas, from above 3-d animations/drone footage, capturing main aspects/USP's of Organisation and our Extra Care and lifestyle, resident testimonials. Allow 2 filming day and use of Existing footage/photgraphys 3 Interactive Display for use at launch events and within the sales office. To include software and hardware (for sales office). Breakdown of soft/hardware required. Interactive to include: 1. Floor layouts with ability to bring each apartment up on screen from floor layout giving - apartment layout, measurements, price 2. Site layout with "4 hot spots" showing aerial view from drone footage, walk around building/gardens and main communal area 3. Promotional film, offers etc 4. Customer testimonials 5. Customer Choices 6. Main design features, to support independence 7. Overview of our Care and Support 8. Over of H&C21 9. Build Warranty 10. Buyers Assistance 11.
