This is an invitation to participate in a market research exercise by means of Technical Dialogue in relation to the provision of streamlined access to international databases for the Central Bank of Ireland (hereafter the “Bank”). The Bank is interested in responses from vendors in the market who have a proven capability of providing streamlined access to a wide and comprehensive range of public and private databases.
