Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the structural repair work to the ground bearing slab and associated works to a void property known as 132 Dan Y Cribyn, Ynysybwl, Pontypridd, CF37 3ES The Contractor is required to undertake Structural repair work to the ground bearing slab and associated works to the void property 132 Dan Y Cribyn, Ynysybwl, Pontypridd as set out in Annex 1 – AM452-01 works information document, including the making-good of all external disturbed surfaces and structures as required to the property in accordance and in compliance with the works Information.
