Tender description
whg is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to provide comprehensive Communal Cleaning Services to the Employer’s High Rise, Low Rise and Wellbeing Housing Schemes. Comprising of Communal Areas and Community Rooms together with various Offices mainly located in and around the borough of Walsall. As whg continues to grow, the service requirement from the successful provider may continue to expand beyond Walsall into the wider Midlands area.
