Tender description
Merantun Development Ltd (the ”Company”) is seeking suitably experienced and capable architectural companies to bid to deliver multi-disciplinary design services for one of four potential development sites in the London Borough of Merton. Organisations with the requisite experience and capability are invited to confirm their interest in bidding to deliver the Service by completing a Selection Questionnaire (“SQ”) The Company intends to select from the organisations that submit completed SQs in order to create a shortlist of potential bidders to whom it will issue an Invitation to tender in accordance with the tender process set out in this guide.
