Annual Maintenance Contract for Pumps & VFD at British High Commission, New Delhi

2. Scope of Work The Contractor will be responsible for following: 1) To attend the un-limited Break down call by qualified Technician to inspect, diagnose rectify the problem within 24-48 hours of registration. 2) To provide Service technician for preventive maintenance to inspect and carry out the maintenance according to Logbook recommendations as per point 3. 3) To prepare Field Service report after attend break down calls. 4) To prepare visit report after every AMC Visit stating description of work carried out. 5) To Keep cleanliness of system during visit & maintain logbook. 6) Service Technician will check Switches, electrical connection of pumps, motors, any burnt wire due to excess heat up & include these in a report. They will also replace on availability of spares/ Consumables. 7) Yearly overhauling is required as per the manufacturer's specification. Contractor will be required to submit a plan for overhauling and provide a list of spares required for overhauling at least one month advance to enable BHC to make available the materials. 8) Schedule of Equipment to be maintained are given at point 3. All jobs shall be performed as per this. 9) Contractor must be authorised service dealer of manufacturer.
