The fulfilment of customers paid for and free water efficiency devices and the development of a customer engagement dashboard through a Wessex Water branded webpage. Customers of Wessex Water are able to order free water efficiency devices as chosen by Wessex Water, and can choose to purchase additional items. Customers are also able to calculate their water use and be directed to an engagement dashboard where they can see where they use water. The facility should be available for customers with high water use to be able to book a Home check visit, currently offered by Save Water Save Money, if Wessex Water decide to make this offer available.
