Brief Description of Requirement The Department of Business Energy and Industrial Strategy is seeking to undertake new research to better understand why regional disparities exist in the distribution of equity finance, in particular the nature and extent of any market failures on the demand or supply side, and what the solutions might be. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
