The Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Gateway and Banner Sites Throughout Southport

Sefton Council is looking for a suitable supplier to Supply, Install and Maintain Gateway and Banner Sites throughout various sites with the borough of Sefton. The gateway sites in Southport are located at Kew and Plough roundabout. The banner sites are located on the Pier above the promenade, the shrimper railings on the Coastal Road, the back of Dunes Leisure Centre and the bottom of the coastal road. In total there are 5 gateway and 6 banner sites. These sites are used primarily for the major events in Southport and managed by the Tourism Department of Sefton Council. Throughout the year these sites are also rented out by various businesses in Southport to advertise events. You will be required to print and install all signs for these sites. This will involve dealing directly with the companies that rent the space and invoicing them direct. There will be periods when not all gateway spaces are being used, when this happens we use a generic banner. You will also be required to hold in storage five generic banners. Throughout the year the framework for the gateway can become damaged, you will be responsible for ensuring this is repaired with cost approval from the Tourism Department. Keywords: Sign, Banner
