Student Finance Tour 2017

Tender description

A contract for Event Marketing Solutions Ltd. (EMS) to deliver the Student Finance Tour 2017. EMS will deliver a seven-week programme of presentations at schools, sixth forms and colleges across England, to provide 16-18 year olds (and their parents/carers) with the facts about higher education (HE) student finance, and inspiration to consider progressing to this level of study. The Tour will run from 30 October to 15 December 2017, and will aim to reach c. 96,000 attendees (84,000 pupils/12,000 parents) across a total of 1,330 events.Presentations will be delivered by a team of approx. 30 graduate presenters. EMS will manage and deliver all aspects of the Tour programme, including but not limited to: hiring, managing and paying the team of presenters; designing and printing all accompanying materials; contacting and arranging bookings with schools, sixth forms and colleges; all elements of tour logistics (van hire, IT and presentation equipment, mobile phones for graduate presenters, hotel bookings for overnight stays etc.) administering questionnaires to all Tour attendees (students, parents and teachers); providing weekly updates to DfE on progress towards meeting attendance targets; and providing a summary report and cleansed datasets to DfE at the end of the Tour including performance against targets and analysis of the questionnaire results.
