Tender description

This research is intended to assess the habits of road users in respect to mobile phone usage when driving. It will aim to measure the usage of hand-held mobile phones in both moving and stationary traffic and to make a distinction between different types of mobile phone use. The project also includes the option of estimating the level of use of seatbelts by vehicle occupants
