SOL - Commercial Sponsorship of Traffic Island and Boundary Signs

Tender description

The Council is seeking to secure commercial sponsorship for the traffic islands and boundary signs in the Borough. The successful bidder will supply a complete sponsorship service on behalf of The Council, which includes seeking sponsors, agreeing sponsor fee, supplying sponsor contracts, creating artwork and signage, signoff for signage and installation of signage on traffic islands. There will be some administration required in order to process the sponsors and record renewal dates, contracts, damaged signage and invoice requests for payment to Solihull MBC. Joint plans for marketing and PR will be agreed once the contract has been assigned. There will be a further opportunity for the successful tenderer to work with Solihull MBC on updating the existing boundary signs and commercially sponsoring them subject to a mutually beneficial agreement.
